Before deployment, write down who handles reliable damage, who protects a position, who creates access and who preserves the squad after a mistake. If one operative is expected to answer every question, the build is fragile.
Adapt after the mission
Record what the mission actually asked for. Your second squad should be based on observed friction, not on a universal “best squad” claim.
